Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original garment bags with all tags attached, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off or Schedule

  Attach the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
